Second Bounce Limited (a company registered in England and Wales, Company Number 06512645) ("Second Bounce", "our", "we" or "us") is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This Privacy Policy explains how we use the information we collect about you, how you can instruct us if you prefer to limit the use of that information and procedures that we have in place to safeguard your privacy.
1. The information we collect and how we use it
1.1 When you purchase goods or services, we need to know your name,
postal address, e-mail address and any other contact details required to
process your order and make delivery to you of the relevant goods. We
may also need to know certain billing information from time to time
(credit or debit card numbers, expiry date and billing or delivery
address).
1.2 We may also use aggregate information and statistics
for the purposes of monitoring website usage in order to help us develop
the websites and our services and may provide such aggregate
information to trustworthy third parties, including our member
companies. These statistics will not include information that can be
used to identify any individual.
1.3 From time to time we may

that we provide on our websites as well as to improve relations between
our member companies and those requiring services that those companies

you with information about special features of our websites or any
other service or products we think may be of interest to you. If you
would rather not receive this information, you can send a blank e-mail
message to privacy@secondbounce.com with
subject header to read "No special features".
1.5 We will not send your information to any of our member companies or
other third parties for any reason other than those stated above.
2. Our use of cookies and other information-gathering technologies
2.1 A cookie is a text-only string of information that a website
transfers to your computer's cookie file on the hard drive so that the
website can remember who you are. Cookies usually contain the domain
name that the cookie comes from, the lifetime of the cookie and a value
(a randomly generated unique number). This information cannot be used to
personally identify you. Cookies help to arrange the content of our

Bounce cover the storage, access and disclosure of your information.
4. Sale of Business
If this business is sold or
integrated with another business your details may be disclosed to our
advisers and any prospective purchasers and their advisers and will be
passed on to the new owners of the business.
5. Updating your details
If any of the
information that you have provided to Second Bounce changes, for example
if you change your name, e-mail address, or any other details or if you
wish to remove your details from our database, please let us know the
relevant details by sending an e-mail to

6. Your consent
6.1 By submitting your
information you consent to the use of that information as set out in
this policy. If we change our Privacy Policy we will post the changes on
this page, and may place notices on other pages of the websites, so
that you may be aware of the information we collect and how we use it at
all times. You must check the Privacy Policy on the websites regularly.
We do not need to give you notice of any change to this Privacy Policy
and your continued use of our websites shall be deemed to be your
acceptance of any changes that have been made.
6.2 Owing to the
global nature of the Internet infrastructure, the information you
provide may be transferred in transit to countries outside the European
Economic Area that do not have similar protections in place regarding
your data and its use as set out in this policy. However, we have taken
the steps outlined above to try to improve the security of your

7. Not providing the Information we request
Whilst you are under no obligation to provide us with the information
that we request when accessing various parts of the websites or
purchasing any of our software or services, you will be unable to
proceed unless you provide us with the information that we require.
